"A One-of-a-Kind Hub for Industrial
Scale-Up That Will Change
the World"

A hub development project spanning the vast Minamiwatarida area of approximately 52 ha. As the first step, we will develop one of Japan’s largest* next-generation research parks, which will become the new face of Kawasaki’s coastal area. With its outstanding accessibility, the site will be reborn as a major innovation hub where people, goods, and ideas from around the world can move freely.
